An Adult Summer Reading Event

Join us for our mocktail party! Try out the alcohol-free drinks, nibble on some international snacks and hear about the big books of summer!
Adult Summer Reading is kicking off with Booktails: an evening of mocktails and book talks.
Librarians will share new and upcoming fiction and nonfiction books to read this summer. Listen while you sip on a mocktail, enjoy snacks, and get to know other interested readers.
Sign up for Adult Summer Reading! Adults can participate by signing up online, reading books, and attending Adult Summer Reading events throughout the summer. Participants can earn a raffle ticket for the chance at winning a prize.
Registration is required for Booktails.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
