Kids Costume Parade – MoComCon 2026

Show off your favorite cosplay or costume while we march through the library, ending at the BlackRock Main Stage.

Children ages 0–12 may participate in a cosplay parade that will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Germantown Library. Line-up begins at 2:30pm in the downstairs meeting room. Parade begins promptly at 2:45pm and will culminate at the BlackRock Center for the Arts, Main Stage.  
 
First 30 kids only. Participation is on a first-come-first-served basis. ALL children must have an adult accompanying them. Children’s names will not be announced. Children will not be judged. 

This program is a MoComCon event. MoComCon is a two-day event, celebrating all things comics, graphic novels, and fandoms! To view more information and events, check out the MoComCon website! 

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
