Tickets are free and will be handed out by library staff at the 5th floor Information Desk on a first come, first served basis, starting at 10 am on the day of the program.
All those who wish to attend will need to be present at the 5th floor Information Desk to receive a ticket. One ticket per attendee until the program capacity is full.
Storytimes will take place on the 3rd floor in the library's large meeting rooms.
These 25-30-minute programs are designed to delight children of all ages and are filled with diverse stories and activities that promote and develop language skills and imagination. These programs encourage children to develop a lifelong love of reading and learning and introduce them to the culture of reading. Third floor program room.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

Accommodation Requests
People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend. Contact the Assistant Facilities and Accessibility Program Manager at 240-777-0002 with all other accommodation requests.
