Join Master Gardener Betty Cichy to learn about chile peppers, including what they are, where their heat comes from and why we are so fascinated by them. Find out about different chile peppers - from scorching hot to barely spicy - plus how to grow them in the garden and use in the kitchen. Get tips on handling chiles safely, as well as suggestions and recipes for cooking with chiles.
