Tuesday, November 10
4:00pm - 5:00pm

Take a creative break with drawing, collage, journaling, and music. Choose how to participate; no one will be asked to share personal experiences. No experience or registration is required.

Use the hour for a low-pressure creative activity during MCPL Teen Mental Health Week. Choose one activity or move among the options.

You can:

  • draw or make a collage.
  • decorate a journal page or write from an optional prompt.
  • make a bookmark or small paper artwork.
  • listen to low-volume music while you work.

A quieter table will be available away from the music. Work independently, with a partner, or near other teens. Written prompts and visual examples will be available, and library staff can help you begin. No one will be asked to discuss personal experiences or share what they make.

Materials will be available while supplies last. No experience is needed.
