The mini comic book is a fun format for telling a story in words and pictures.
Using one folded sheet of paper, you will write and illustrate a brief (6-8 page) narrative that can be factual, fictional, or a combination of both. Come to the workshop with an idea, which can take the form of a story, poem, recipe, daydream… it’s up to you.
Registration required. Art supplies to be used during the workshop will be provided. Space is limited to 15 participants ages 10-15.
If any participant is registered and cannot attend, please contact the Wheaton Library to cancel the registration so that individuals on the waiting list can participate. Customers on the waiting list will be contacted if space become available.
This workshop is funded in part by a Wheaton Cultural Project Grant from the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County.
