Laugh for No Reason: A 30-Minute Laughter Yoga Session!
No Experience Required
Tuesday, November 17
2:00pm - 2:30pm
Laughter yoga is a structured group practice pairing intentional laughter with diaphragmatic breathing. It is designed as a low-risk wellness complement, not a substitute for medical or mental care.
The session blends breathwork, movement, and playful laughter in a relaxed atmosphere to help release tension and reset your mind. Research suggests modest benefits for mood, perceived stress, and anxiety. The presenter is a M.D., PhD, and Life Coach trained in this practice. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Seating in the Multi-Purpose Room will be available, but space is limited.
