Introduction to Yoga - In-person

6:30pm - 7:30pm
This class will engage participants in a basic yoga flow suitable for those interested in practicing the foundations, as well as those who are new to yoga.
Students should bring their own yoga mat and any needed padding such as a towel or scarf. The program will be held in the Meeting Room, #312, through the lobby on the left, just past the staircase. Participants will be asked to sign a release form at the beginning of the class.

Accommodation Requests
