Explore the intersection of Jedi wisdom and modern wellness. Join our "philosophy café" to discuss how Yoda’s teachings on fear and focus might offer perspectives on navigating a chaotic world
Are you feeling the weight of a "chaotic galaxy"? Join us for a unique Philosophy Café as we bridge the gap between pop culture and personal wellness.
In honor of National Talk Like Yoda Day, May 21 and Star Wars Month we are moving beyond the movies to explore the deep, mindful teachings of the Jedi Order.
This isn’t a trivia night—it’s an interactive discussion group where we use iconic Star Wars quotes as "conversation starters" for our own lives.
What to expect:
A Group Dialogue: Together, we’ll analyze famous teachings like “Fear is the path to the dark side” and “You must unlearn what you have learned.”
Practical Connections: We will discuss how these fictional concepts relate to modern stress management, the practice of mindfulness, and the importance of self-care.
New Perspectives: Discover how the philosophy of a "galaxy far, far away" can offer fresh insights into navigating the pressures of the here and now.
Whether you are a lifelong Star Wars fan or simply curious about mindfulness, all are welcome! No lightsabers required—just an open mind and a willingness to share
