Mindfulness and Mental Resilience for Teens
Saturday, April 25
1:00pm - 2:00pm
Learn practical tools to build emotional balance, confidence, and resilience—skills that support both academic success and overall well-being.
Today’s teens face growing academic pressure, emotional stress, and constant digital stimulation. The program introduces simple Heartfulness tools such as purposeful breathing, self-reflection, relaxation, meditation, stress-reduction techniques, emotional detox practices, goal setting, and guidance on sleep and daily rhythms. These practices are short, practical, and age-appropriate. This program takes place in the children's program room.
This program is offered in partnership with Heartfulness.org.
Location: Children's Program Room Lower Level.
