Wild Readers Book Club
for 2nd & 3rd grades
Wednesday, April 22
5:00pm - 5:45pm
For newly or almost independent readers, grades 2 & 3. Join the fun!
White Oak Library's Wild Readers Book Club is the place to be for newly and almost independent readers in grades 2 & 3. Each month we read a book chosen by the librarians. Read the book on your own, then come ready to discuss it with other kids, and play a game or do another fun activity.
We distribute copies of the book at the previous month's meeting. You can also get a copy at the Checkout Desk or borrow it electronically.
This is an independent learning experience. Parents and caregivers will not be present in the program room but must remain in the library building during the program.
Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
