Relax with guided imagery, a variety of sensory tools to help with relaxation, grounding and focusing. This program is designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This program will include guided imagery, a variety sensory tools to choose from, for relaxation, grounding or focusing. You are welcome to come and try recorded guided meditation, use small weighted blankets, adult fidget toys, doodle jelly boards, watch sand art, use coloring sheets, watch relaxing sensory imagery, use stress balls, and more. This program is for adults, older adults and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It is not suitable for children.
