This class will engage participants in a basic yoga flow suitable for those interested in practicing the foundations, as well as those who are new to yoga. All levels welcome!
Students should bring their own yoga mat and any needed padding such as a towel or scarf. The program will be held in the Multipurpose Room, #132, accessible through the lobby, on the left, just past the staircase, and will be led by a certified instructor. Participants will be asked to sign a release form at the beginning of the class.

Accommodation Requests
People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
