The Maryland Insurance Administration will provide information about its services to insurance consumers, in person at the Wheaton Library. They'll be available in the Lobby just outside the Library.
From MIA's website: "The primary role of the Maryland Insurance Administration (MIA) is to protect consumers from illegal insurance practices by ensuring that insurers and producers that operate in Maryland act in accordance with State insurance laws. We are here to assist you with your insurance inquiry or complaint about a health, life, auto or homeowners insurance policy. Additionally, we are here to assist you if you have a complaint involving an insurance producer, public adjuster or adviser."

Some of these resources require a current MCPL card to access, outside Library buildings. Don't have a card right now? No worries! Find out how to Get a Library Card.
