Happy Earth Day! Explore, learn, and grow with The Garden Party and Little Falls Library. We will plant seeds, learn about flower bulbs, and enjoy a nature-inspired craft.
Join us for hands on nature activities with The Garden Party.
Children will plant native ground cover seeds in biodegradable cups to take home and grow, then bring back to the library for a future planting day together.
Outside, two activity tables will be set up: one for seed planting and one for a learning station about flower bulbs led by an experienced gardener.
Inside, children can create a watercolor butterfly craft. Come explore, learn, and grow with us!
This hands-on program will provide children with the opportunity to use their critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve a result.
Children 3 and up. Adults must stay with children under 8.
Feel free to bring your own gardening gloves. We will have disposable gloves on hand for anyone who requires them.
