By focusing on the present moment without judgment, participants learn techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional well-being. This training promotes healthier lifestyles, informed decision-making, and enhanced resilience in everyday life.
This training is presented by Community Engagement & Consultation Group (CE-CG), a nonprofit dedicated to whole person wellbeing.
