Practice yoga in the library each week!
Please join us every Thursday in the second floor Teen Space. Adults and teens (age 15+) are welcome. This class is a vinyasa flow that will incorporate mindful breathing exercises. There will be a healthy balance of restful resets and dynamic poses. This practice is welcoming to all levels of yoga experience, and modifications will be offered throughout the class. Each session is designed to calm the sympathetic nervous system, foster mindfulness, and align breath to movement. You are invited to come and move with intention to reset and rejuvenate.
Dress appropriately for free and comfortable movement. You are encouraged to bring your own mat, but some will be provided.

A Message From the Instructor
Hello! My name is Audra Bass. I have been practicing yoga, off and on, for about 10 years. After a recreational injury, I reinvigorated my yoga practice, both for healing and building back strength in my body. I later went on to complete yoga teaching training at SEVIIN Yoga Studio in Atlanta, Georgia. At this training I also became certified as a trauma-informed instructor, and therefore develop my classes to help people feel safe and capable to engage in the practice. I love working with people. I aspire to manifest positivity and love, both for self and others, in the sessions we share together.
