A relaxing weekly yoga practice all summer long.
Please join us every Thursday in the second floor meeting room. This class offers a gentle, beginner-friendly space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. With a focus on mindfulness and breath awareness, each session is designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring you into the present moment. The pace is steady and supportive, allowing time to settle into each movement and notice how your body feels. Whether you're new to yoga or seeking a more grounding practice, this class invites you to relax, reset, and move with intention.
Dress appropriately for free and comfortable movement. You are encouraged to bring your own mat, but some will be provided.
