Amigurumi is the Japanese art form of making soft, stuffed toys by crocheting or knitting. From the Japanese words ami (crocheted or knitted) and nuigurumi (stuffed doll). Free - supplies provided.
This workshop is intended for those ages 10 and up with crochet experience of at least a "single crochet" stitch. You may bring your own yarn and crochet hook if desired, otherwise all supplies are provided by Wheaton Arts Parade. This is a drop-in activity in a classroom style setting that should take no longer than 1 hour, best to arrive no later than 2pm. First come, first served; you may be asked to wait briefly before entering the Multi-Purpose Room.
