Learn the basics of journaling and some strategies that can help when you feel stuck mentally or emotionally.
Have you ever wished you were more organized or intentional when it comes to your learning in or out of school? Do you have a lot of ideas that you want to get out of your head and into the world? In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to organize your thoughts and to-do lists to become a more mindful, productive person. We will also practice multiple generative strategies for combating writer's block.
You may bring any supplies you want to use for writing, drawing, or mapping. We will provide an assortment of supplies, including composition books, pens, and stickers. If you already have a notebook that you love and that is only slightly used, feel free to bring it.
