Our instructor, Frank Pawlowski Ed.D., was Assistant Superintendent of Business and Finance for a major school district in New York before his retirement, as well as Adjunct Professor of School Administration in the Graduate School of Education at Iona College. He has practiced meditation since 1972, and has been giving meditation workshops since 2004.
