Choose a favorite character from a book, graphic novel, comic, manga, or your own story. Create a drawing, painting, collage, or mixed-media piece in your own style.
Use a reference image for inspiration, or invent a new pose, setting, or design.
A Teen Advisory Board member helped design the program and will help lead the studio. Written prompts and visual examples will be available, and library staff can help you choose materials or get started.
Work independently or alongside other teens. You may take your artwork home, and you do not need to share or finish it during the program.
Materials will be available while supplies last. No experience is needed.
