Saturday, August 22
1:00pm - 3:30pm
Practice SAT reading and math with Grace Shao and Mason Boucher. Learn strategies for science passages, solve algebra and advanced math problems, and build a study plan. No registration is required.
Join Grace Shao, a 1600-scorer and author of SAT Reading Reframed, and experienced tutor Mason Boucher for an expanded SAT reading and math workshop.
The workshop will include:
- three strategies for approaching science-focused reading passages.
- guided practice with algebra and advanced math problems.
- free preparation resources and topics to prioritize.
- practical study planning and time for questions.
The session combines short lessons, practice problems, and discussion. Students who are beginning SAT preparation and students who are already studying are welcome.
Continue practicing with College Board's official SAT resources. MCPL cardholders can also use Peterson's Test and Career Prep for practice tests, college and scholarship searches, and résumé tools.
