Sahaja Yoga Meditation - In-person

Sahaja Yoga teaches a unique method of meditation, that does not require any physical exercise and utilizes guided meditation practices and recorded music.
Although the name of program is Sahaja Yoga Meditation, it is purely meditation and does not require any physical exercise. Participants are given basic introduction of this meditation in the beginning followed by guided meditation and meditation with recorded music. Sahaja Yoga is a simple technique that is easily practiced by anyone, Participants are encouraged to ask questions at the end of the meeting. You are welcome to bring a mat.
This program takes place in the children's program room on the lower level of the library.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
