Learn about cultivating a cut flower garden sustainably from Poolesville-based flower farm, Grateful Gardeners.
Grateful Gardeners is an organic, woman-owned flower farm based in Poolesville, MD, dedicated to disrupting the wasteful $35 billion floral industry. Led by Sarah Daken and Tom Precht, they prioritize no-till methods and innovative aquaponics to grow premium flowers. They are committed to spreading the word about how flowers can enhance your life and the environment. This program was generously funded by Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.
