To celebrate the production of Appropriate, the Olney Theatre Center is sponsoring an afternoon of history, art, and community connections.
This is a free family event appropriate for all ages, especially toddlers, preschoolers, and young children.
Registration is NOT required.

Dr. Troy E. Boddy, Ph.D. co-director of the Sandy Spring Slave Museum and African Art Gallery, is a seasoned educator and administrator in the Montgomery County Public Schools system and currently holds the position of Director of the County's Equity Initiatives Unit. Dr. Boddy is also the co-author of the book A Proud History for Alex, which is about a young boy visiting the Sandy Spring Slave Museum, and Intersectionality in Health Education, which explores the importance of considering how various social identities intersect to influence health experiences.
Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
