STEM Explorers: Owl Pellet Dissection

at Quince Orchard Library

Do you ever wonder what an owl eats? Come find out in this hands-on experience!

Join us for an ecology program all about owls! Come explore what owls eat through the dissection and examination of owl pellets. Learn about owls that live in Maryland too. Supplies are limited and registration is required. This hands-on program will provide children with the opportunity to use their critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve a result. We will provide all the materials for this program. Ages 6 - 12 years old. Sponsored by Friends of the Library, Montgomery County, MD, Inc.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
