Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a calming practice focused entirely on meditation—no physical exercise required. Each session begins with a brief introduction, followed by guided meditation and soothing music. This simple technique is easy for anyone to learn and practice. Participants are welcome to ask questions at the end and may bring a mat for comfort. Mats are not necessary.
This program takes place in the Children's Program Room, on the lower level of the library.
