Chesapeake Critters from Glen Echo Park Aquarium

Come learn about some of the exciting animals that call the Chesapeake Bay their home!

Join us for a visit from the Glen Echo Park Aquarium, as we explore life in the Bay and learn about ways to protect and conserve North America's largest estuary. Children will have the opportunity to see live animals including an oyster, hermit crab, horseshoe crab, flounder, toadfish, and blue crab, just like this year's Summer Reading mascot, Artie! 

For families. Parents/caregivers MUST accompany children under 8 during this program.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
