In this 5 session in-person class, you’ll write and illustrate your own graphic novel page.
In this 5 session in-person class, you’ll write and illustrate your own graphic novel page, using all the conventions of graphic novel storytelling: narration, dialogue, character design, dynamic page layouts and cinematic techniques. Refine rough pencil drawings into finished art with pen and ink and watercolor pencils. Registration and attendance to all sessions are required.
Space is limited to 15 participants ages 10–15. Supplies will be provided. If any participant is registered and cannot attend,
please cancel the registration so that other individuals in the waiting list can participate.
These classes are funded in part by a Wheaton Cultural Project Grant from the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County.
