We are back online again! Get moving again!
Bone Builders is a twice weekly, 1-hour class for seniors 55+ that includes a warm up, balance exercise, arm & leg strengthening exercises, and a cool down. The program, led by volunteers, is sponsored by Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services and Kensington Park Library. The current session begins on Thursday, September 16 and ends on Tuesday, November 23, 2021.
For the first two classes of this new online session, the instructors will be presenting one set of each exercise along with detailed information and instruction about each exercise.
These classes will be held online and can be accessed on Zoom through the library website. Your participation is voluntary and you assume all liability for your health and safety. Keep in mind that online participation in the class is open to everyone until the Kensington Park Branch reopens. Once classes resume at the library, space will be limited and registration will be required.
For security reasons, this program session will be locked 10 minutes after it begins. Please log in promptly.
