Introduction to Yoga - In-person
All Levels Welcome!

6:00pm - 7:00pm
This class will engage participants in a basic yoga flow suitable for those interested in practicing the foundations, as well as those who are new to yoga.
Students should bring their own yoga mat and any needed padding such as a towel or scarf. The program will be held in the Multipurpose Room, accessible through the lobby, on the left, just past the staircase, and will be led by a certified instructor. Participants will be asked to sign a medical release form at the beginning of the class.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
