Teen Media LabCreate and illustrate your own graphic novel page using narration, dialogue, character design, dynamic layouts, and pen‑and‑ink techniques, with all supplies provided.
Write and illustrate your own graphic novel page, using all the conventions of graphic novel storytelling: narration, dialogue, character design, dynamic page layouts, and cinematic techniques. Refine your rough pencil drawings into finished art with pen and ink and watercolor pencils. Each student will create a page that will be displayed at the library. All supplies will be provided.
Best for kids ages 10-15.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
