Maryland Homeowners & Rental Property Tax Credit Workshop - In-person

presented by the Economic Action Maryland Fund

A counselor from Economic Action Maryland Fund will help older adults apply for the Maryland Homeowners and Rental Property Tax Credit programs, as well as screen for similar state programs.

The counselor will provide the applications and help the public complete the applications onsite. The program will take place in the Multi-Purpose Room, off the lobby,  on the first floor of the Library.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
