The revolving‑door passive craft station offers a relaxed, come‑as‑you‑are creative experience throughout the Pride celebration. Set up as a self‑guided art area, it allows participants to stop by at any time to make something colorful, expressive, and uniquely their own.

Because the activity is intentionally flexible, it welcomes people of all ages and comfort levels—whether someone wants to spend five minutes decorating a bookmark or half an hour crafting a Pride‑themed keepsake.

The craft station promotes creativity as a tool for self‑expression and reflection, making it a meaningful option for visitors who prefer hands‑on engagement or quieter moments within the bustle of Pride events. Each finished project becomes a small reminder of community connection, personal identity, or simply a fun moment shared with friends and family.

By remaining accessible throughout the event, the passive craft area ensures that everyone has a chance to participate in Pride in a way that feels comfortable.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
