Meeting Room 2Looking for a new read or interested in sampling librarian-curated books in a variety of genres? Then join us on Saturday, August 1st for a book tasting event just right for adults ages 18+
To celebrate MCPL's Summer Reading Program, the Rockville Library is hosting a book tasting event, where you will be able to come to the library and explore librarian favorites in multiple genres like fiction, non-fiction, mystery, fantasy, and more!
Enter into a raffle to win a prize! Raffle winners will be contacted after the event has ended. Adult raffle is:
- A bamboo cookbook stand with a conversion chart.
This event is specifically targeted toward adults ages 18+, but don't forget our teen and children's tastings being held the same day!
- Children's Book Tasting: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM in Meeting Room 1
- Teen Book Tasting: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM in the Teen Space
- Adult Book Tasting: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM in Meeting Room 2

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
