A Sewing Workshop for Teens

Teen SpaceLearn how to use a sewing machine with a simple project and recycled materials.
Join us for a hands-on sewing workshop designed just for teens! Learn how to turn recycled fabrics into practical and eco-friendly creations. No prior sewing experience needed; we’ll provide all the materials and guidance you need. Workshops will be on Wednesdays, July 8th, 15th and 22nd. Feel free to sign up for one, two or all three sessions.
7/8 Sewing Machine Basics: learn how to use a sewing machine and make a sachet that is filled with lavender
7/15 Hems: Learn how to shorten and lengthen sleeves and pants
7/22 Darning: learn what darning is and how you can patch holes in sock, pants, sweaters, and more using this technique.
This event is intended for teens aged 12-17. Sign up to make sure we have supplies ready for you!
