These workshops promote culturally respectful nutrition education by helping individuals and families make healthier food choices while honoring their traditions and lifestyles. Through practical strategies, interactive learning, and culturally relevant guidance, participants learn to adapt familiar foods, build sustainable habits, and balance wellness with daily demands—supporting long-term health, engagement, and overall well-being. Participants gain practical tools for making nutritious choices using familiar ingredients, fostering greater trust, engagement, and long-term health outcomes within the communities served. This training is presented by Community Engagement & Consultation Group (CE-CG), a nonprofit dedicated to whole person wellbeing.
Community Engagement & Consultation Group Inc. (CE-CG) is a nonprofit organization established in 2017 to advance health equity through a collaborative impact approach that promotes positive change one community at a time.
