Ready to level up your skills? Learn how to access and make the most of MCPL’s online career development tools, including LinkedIn Learning and Udemy—all free with your library card!

Did you know your MCPL library card gives you access to online courses and resources to help you advance your career? This program will provide an overview of some of the most useful online resources to build your professional skillset. You'll learn how to access platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, and others; how to register for courses to improve your skills in computers, project management, and more; and how to find additional resources for job seekers like resume formatting and test preparation.  

This program will take place in the Public Computers Room, on the upper level.

It is strongly recommended that all attendees have an active MCPL Library card.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.

Accommodation Requests

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend. Contact the Assistant Facilities and Accessibility Program Manager at 240-777-0002 with all other accommodation requests.
