Celebrate National Gratitude Month with a yoga and mindfulness session, led by the Enrichment Collective's Ms. LouAnn.
Enjoy meditation and movement in a family-friendly class for our youngest customers and their caregivers. In class, the participants will flow, strengthen, and breathe together, to inspire and lift each other up, no matter your age, zero to 105!
Please bring a mat or towel.
This program is for babies, toddler and preschool-aged children. Adult must accompany children under 8 years of age.
Ms. LouAnn is a certified yoga instructor with a background in early elementary education and psychology. She loves working with preschoolers to blend the wonder and joy that yoga and mindfulness brings with the wonder of that age and stage of life!

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
