In this fun and relaxed workshop, you'll transform a photo of your pet into a colorful, abstract work of art using expressive techniques and bold creativity. No experience needed!
Join us at Aspen Hill Library to paint a portrait of your furry, feathery or scaly companion! People with all levels of art experience are welcome. Beginners welcome!
Step-by-step instructions and all supplies will be provided. Attendees should bring a close-up portrait of their pet printed on 8.5x11in paper. The portrait should fill as much of the paper as possible. If you do not have access to a printer at home, you can use the public printers at the library anytime leading up to the event!
This is a Friends of the Library, Montgomery County, MD INC sponsored program. Limited to 16 attendees. Registration is required.
This program is designed for adults and older adults. Older teens welcome to register.
