Teens and tweens can learn what it's like to work for the National Institute of Standards & Technology.
Do you know what you want to do after high school? Does the job you want require you to get a degree? Come and learn about different career fields, what it requires to get started, and what it looks like day-to-day, directly from professionals in the field.
This month we will be talking to Savannah Wessies from the National Institute of Standards & Technology which is the nation's oldest physical science laboratories. NIST promotes U.S. innovation and industrial competitiveness by advancing measurement science, standards, and technology in ways that enhance economic security and improve our quality of life.
For Grades 6th to 12th. No registration required.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
