Join us for a bilingual poetry reading in English and Spanish, which will also include writing tips with reknown poet, storyteller and spoken word artist Maritza Rivera
In recognition of Hispanic Heritage month, reknown local poet, storyteller and spoken word artist Maritza Rivera will present a bilingual poetry event in English and Spanish. This event will include writing tips and prompts in addition to the readings. Maritza Rivera has received accolades from Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County and International Writing Fellowship in Brazil. The program will be about 90minutes. This event will take place in the lower level meeting room. All are welcome to attend. No registration required.
