This table will provide information on a variety of renter resources. Staff from Montgomery County Renters Alliance Inc.will be available in the lobby, right outside the Library.
Information will include:
How to file a Code Enforcement complaint, how to file an Office of Landlord and Tenant complaint, the benefits of starting a tenant’s association and how to form one.
Rental assistance options and programs through the County and other non-profits.
How to receive free legal aid services.
Upcoming rent stabilization law and other proposed state renter legislation.

Accommodation Requests
People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
