Crafternoon at the Wheaton Library - In-Person

Media Lab

Get crafty with your friends or make some new friends! Join us as we do a simple craft together using upcycled materials.

Children will use upcycled materials in this craft.

This program is for children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old.  Children under the age of 8 MUST be accompanied by an adult. 

Space is limited.

This hands-on activity will stimulate your child's creativity and imagination, while helping them develop critical fine motor skills. We will provide all the materials for this program. Supplies are limited.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

Accommodation Requests

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
