Join Luis Garay for an interactive program in the Atrium of the Rockville Library where participants of all ages will learn to clap authentic rhythms from different cultures.

Luis Garay’s blend of spicy undulating South American, Caribbean, and African rhythms is a highly educational, entertaining and musical journey, introducing the audience to many exotic instruments such as the
