Guest speakers are Andrea Boothby Rice, Intellectual Freedom Panel Co-chair, Maryland Library Association (MLA) and Rudi Jeung, Director of Programs for Montgomery Coalition for Adult English Literacy (MCAEL).  Ms. Boothby Rice will address intellectual freedom and book banning and Ms. Jeung will discuss English Language Learners.
