This session is a practical, employee-centered Q&A for neurodivergent adults navigating workplace expectations, accommodations, and disclosure decisions. The conversation is anchored in The Disclosure Workbook: A Neurodivergent Strategy Guide for Navigating Workplace Accommodations & Disclosure Safety© by Denise Malone-Cash, which provides a structured way to think through real-world work conditions, sensory and cognitive demands, and how these factors shape employee capacity.
Presenter Denise Malone-Cash, DSL, is an HR practitioner, employee relations leader, and neurodivergent professional with over a decade of experience in workplace compliance, accommodations, and organizational culture. She is the Principal Consultant at Inclusion by Design and the creator of the S.A.F.E. Score Framework™, a universal design-based model for evaluating disclosure safety and workplace accessibility. She has designed this Q&A for neurodivergent adults across all roles and industries.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
