Enjoy meditation, movement, and songs in an active, family-friendly yoga class for children under 5 with their grown-up. This class uses music, yoga play, props and stories to help children establish a connection with their caretakers while benefiting from active movement and mindfulness.

Children MUST be registered and accompanied by an adult.
