May is Mental Health month, attend a workshop to learn how to reframe your thoughts to emphasize the great and positive things in your life.
Participants will lean how reframe your thoughts so you can better appreciate positive life events and happenings; and turn negative thoughts into positive actions. This event will take place at the Rockville Memorial Library in the second floor meeting room.
